1. Cancellation Policy

Project-Based Services (Web, App, UI/UX, Graphic Design):

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation or signing the agreement.

  • After 24 hours, the project is considered active, and cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • If significant work has already begun, cancellation will not be possible.

Custom Orders:

  • Projects involving custom designs, development, or branding are non-cancellable once work has started.

2. Refund Policy

Before Project Initiation:

  • If your cancellation request is approved within 24 hours of order placement, a full refund will be processed.

After Project Initiation:

  • Once work has started, no full refunds will be issued.

  • In rare cases, a partial refund may be granted based on:

    • Work completed

    • Time and resources already invested

No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

  • Delays caused by client (e.g., late content, unclear instructions)

  • Change of mind after project initiation

  • Work delivered as per the agreed scope

Technical Failures:

  • If a technical issue on our end prevents the delivery of the final product, a partial or full refund may be issued after verification.

3. Important Notes

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Webflour reserves the right to approve or decline any refund request based on project status and reason.
