Delays in project completion caused by the client (e.g., late content, delayed feedback) are not the responsibility of Webflour.

3. Payments

  • For large projects, milestone-based payment schedules may apply

  • Payments are non-refundable once the work has been initiated, except as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy

4. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights to the final deliverables are transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed

  • Webflour reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or marketing material unless the client requests otherwise in writing

5. Revisions and Modifications

  • Minor revisions (as discussed) are included in the quoted price

  • Major changes or new features requested outside the original scope may require additional charges

6. Use of Website
